We can perform these processes to the extent that you have agreed to execute the contract that binds us. They may also rely on a legal obligation. The processing of Data that involves sharing your exercise results or the results of your investments in a discussion group on a messaging application can only take place with your express consent. To do this, you must complete the consent form, the download link of which is displayed when you subscribe to the Service or on our website www.frenchtrader.net. In this case, your consent is voluntary, as you can still benefit from the Service even if you refuse to disclose your financial Data to the sharing group. You can give and withdraw your consent at any time.
What Personal Data do we process?
The collected Data is strictly necessary to provide you with quality coaching Services. We may process the following Personal Data:

How long do we retain your Personal Data?

Are your Data shared with third parties?
Your Personal Data is only used by trusted recipients authorized to process your Data for the purposes described in this privacy policy. DMPV may share or transfer your Data to its IT and digital service providers, banking institutions, payment services, and its accounting, legal, and communication providers. The Client is informed that the Service requires the use of Zoom for videoconferencing and Telegram for exchanging information and content via an instant messaging service. DMPV may therefore transfer your Data on these applications. Each of these digital service providers is solely responsible for the Personal Data processing they implement independently to provide their services. In this sense, they are responsible for the purposes and means they determine themselves without any consultation with DMPV.
Are your Data transferred outside the European Union?
In the context of executing the contract, DMPV may transfer your Personal Data to recipients located in countries outside the European Union and the European Economic Area. If these countries do not provide an adequate level of Data protection according to the European Commission, DMPV commits to implementing appropriate safeguards to protect your Personal Data, notably by entering into standard contractual clauses with the recipients of the Data located in those countries. What are your rights?
