To provide its services, MENTORION processes personal data (“Data” or “Personal Data”) and acts as the data controller, ensuring the highest level of protection for all Personal Data you entrust to it.

Provide the Services: deliver financial analysis training, send you digital content, operate and improve the MENTORION website, provide exercises and corrections, exchange results in group or private discussions, hold one-on-one virtual meetings or calls, and work with your real investment data to help you improve. MENTORION guarantees that no profiling is performed.

Manage our business relationship: register you as a client, ensure that you receive the subscribed services, measure your satisfaction, and offer you new services by email. You can request to stop receiving promotional emails at XXX.

Process payments: ensure that each Client properly pays for the selected Service, issue transfer orders to payment institutions or banks, receive funds, and manage accounting.

Handle disputes or fraud: as part of Internet fraud prevention, information related to an order and the Client concerned may be shared with authorized third parties for verification purposes. MENTORION may also disclose your Data to administrative or judicial authorities if required by law.

These processing activities are carried out as part of the execution of the contract between you and MENTORION, or to comply with legal obligations. The processing of Data involving sharing your exercise results or investment performance in group chats or messaging apps requires your explicit consent. You can give or withdraw this consent at any time. Consent is optional and does not affect your ability to receive the Service.

The Data collected is strictly necessary to deliver quality coaching services. MENTORION may process the following Personal Data:

Your identity (first and last name) and contact details (email address, phone number).

Data you provide related to your exercise results or, if applicable, your investments and financial analyses.

We keep your Personal Data (except for banking information) for the duration of our contractual relationship. Afterward, the data is archived for the statutory limitation period in case of a legal dispute.

Your Data is only shared with trusted third parties authorized to process it for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. MENTORION may share or transfer your Data to its IT and digital service providers, banking institutions, payment processors, accountants, legal advisors, and communication partners.

The Client is informed that the Service requires the use of Zoom (for videoconferencing) and Telegram (for messaging and information exchange). MENTORION may therefore transfer your Data through these applications. Each third-party service provider is independently responsible for the Personal Data they process while delivering their own services and determines their processing purposes and methods without any coordination with MENTORION.

As part of contract execution, MENTORION may transfer your Personal Data to recipients located outside the European Union or European Economic Area. If such countries are not recognized by the European Commission as offering adequate Data protection, MENTORION commits to implementing appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect your Data.
